Gastro-foto-nomi is the name that I mentioned that is the art of plating a food and taking the best pictures of it. It contains the art of plating, food styling, prop styling, world cuisine and all facts that we need to get the tasty results.

Erkin ŞAHİN

Art Director & Photographer

He was graduated from Bilkent University Fine Arts Faculty Graphic Design Department in 2000. For 16 years, he worked as an Art Director and Photographer in various agencies, institutions. In 2010, his company founded P'NM PEOPLE FOTOGRAFIX He still serves in a wide variety of sectors in the field of photography. Erkin Şahin is serving to many national firms about food photography. At the same time he is making and writing autographs and working as a photography editor for the Mutfak Magazine . His food photography works are rated in The Foodelia Food Photography Awards and got the winner band for 3. In 2016, He shooted the Ministry of Tourism Anadolu Cuisine Presentation Brochure which was prepared for Gastronomika 2016 held in San Sebastian and invited as guest photographer to Gastronomika.
